Si la fotografia al fer una exposici\u00f3 llarga capta el moviment deixant feixos de llum borrosos, el v\u00eddeo captura 25 imatges per segon, l&#8217;esc\u00e0ner captura certes l\u00ednies per segon. A cronologies s&#8217;utilitza un rellotge en funcionament per poder escanejar el temps i veure com es fracciona a mida que el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;escaneig avan\u00e7a. Segons si la resoluci\u00f3 de la imatge \u00e9s m\u00e9s gran o m\u00e9s petita, el temps d&#8217;escaneig es m\u00e9s alt i el fraccionament tamb\u00e9. A working clock is being scanned to register its transformations\/deformations as the scanning process develops.
